Sowing seeds.

I have sown the seed of Mache, Mizuna, Lattuga Romana in this morning. But I had sown Mache seeds and germinated before, but I thought they were weed and pulled them out.

I love the tasteful leaves. You don't need the dressing sold at the supermarket because it is delicious just by combining it with cheese, nuts, lemon juice, fruits, etc.

Our organic garden is healthy salad.

マーシュ、水菜、コロッセオの種を蒔いた。発芽していても考え事をしながら野良作業をしているとついつい全部抜いてしまう。

味のある葉っぱが大好き。チーズ、ナッツ、レモン果汁、フルーツなどとあわせるだけで美味しいので、スーパーで売っているドレッシングは必要ない。
