ルタバガの種を蒔いた。
霜にあてるために、昨年の初霜がおりた日を日記から調べ、
霜にあてたい苗を想像し、頭の中で巻き戻すとそろそろ種を蒔かないとって
計画的な種蒔き。
じゃがいものように甘くなり、食感は西洋かぶのようなルタバガ。
マッシュドポテトのようにして食べたい。
保存もきくし、いくつか好きなレシピがあるので今年は
ルタバガ と越冬する。
